Better by the bundle

The process of manual control cabinet wiring is time consuming and therefore cost-intensive. This procedure involves reading wiring information from a circuit diagram, cutting wires to exact lengths, stripping insulation, fitting terminals, and labeling. On the other hand, outsourcing this process to low-wage countries often means paying the price of high initial costs and sometimes less than adequate quality.

Our solution:

Wire bundle technology from CadCabel.

  • Maximum quality
  • Minimum wiring time

Cadcabel manufactures prefabricated wire bundles in round or sequenced bundles, in which each wire is cut exactly to length and then fitted with any of several types of terminals. Each wire is then printed with information including the source pin, destination pin, wiring direction, and any other information requested by the client.

Our wiring systems reduce the time required to wire a control cabinet by 50% to 80%.

Labels for Quick Wiring

CadCabel offers its customers wiring in the form of bundle technology, in which a wire bundle is allocated for every component in a system. Each wire bundle is delivered with a paper label showing the order data, the assignment designation, the location designation, and more. The individual wires are also printed with unique codes to show the source, the target, the connecting pin, and more wiring information.

In addition, the wires are designated with EU-patented wiring directions and duplicate allocations. The wiring direction code gives the installer the wiring direction which leads from the source to the target.

Clients may select among several types of labeling. Wiring information is always printed directly on the wire in either black or white, depending on the wire color. In addition, wires may be fitted with special labeling sleeves from various manufacturers. If coding according to signal or serial wire number is required, the location of production and the terminal identifications are printed on tear-away tabs, which can be removed upon completion of wiring. We offer extensive flexibility with labeling to make the wiring process as simple as possible.
