Solutions for Series Production Facilities

Bundle technology is a holistic innovative concept which is suitable for both series- and single-plant engineering. It is the quickest and most secure strategy currently available for wiring control cabinets, thanks to professional software tools and a EU-patented bundle identification system. 

Brilliantly Simple Data Transfer

In series plant engineering, the first step is to compile a connection configuration list for each series plant. This list includes equipment identification numbers, connection data, and wire lengths, as well as all wire attributes (type, cross-section, color, terminals, etc.) For this purpose we supply you with a standard Excel template that helps organize all relevant engineering data. Our sales personnel are available to provide support to our clients during this data entry and transfer process.

The single-plant engineering, the client creates wiring plans using his existing E-CAD system. Our e·wiring plug & play software, compatible with all known E-CAD systems, is then used to generate the required lists of components, wires, terminals, and potential arrows, and sends a master list to the panel layout and routing system. Panel determines the the optimal positioning each device based on your parts list, and determines the exact wire length between the components. Our routing expertise with panel comes from over 20 years of experience in control cabinet layout and routing.

In both series and single-plant engineering, the connection configuration lists including the length computations are processed using CadCabel's Bundle Calculator software, and the optimal bundle sizes are calculated for each component. Clients use our Transfer computer program to submit production data to our ERP and manufacturing control center. Immediately after sending the production data, the client receives an order confirmation listing all of the individual items contained in the contract, including pre-negotiated prices. The complete wire bundles are then delivered to the client within 24 hours in Germany, or 48 hours within Europe.

An additional benefit of our holistic concept: Clients receive comprehensive and fault-free documentation of the control cabinet structure and engineering data. Thus, clients are able to guarantee one hundred percent conformity between the circuit diagram and the completed control cabinet – an important step towards quality assurance.
