Need to make an adjustment? CadCabel's portable customer printers make on-site labeling revisions fast, simple, and professional. Simply revise your wiring and print the new coding directly on the wire using thermo-transfer-printing. These new labels will be practically indistinguishable from the original labels.

 

Wiring Flexibility

Sometimes control cabinet designs need to be revised during assembly. Previously, this involved either reordering the required wiring or changing the existing wiring labels. However, this is no longer necessary.

CadCabel has developed a USB-interface mobile wire printer that makes switchboard changes quick, simple, and reliable. With a laptop computer and our mobile wire printer, on-wire coding can be quickly revised anywhere. 

CadCabel's thermal transfer printer is a professional direct printing system for coding wires with cross sections of 0.5 to 6 mm². After inserting the wires into a special wire guide, the user can label them as desired with a resolution of 300 dpi in black and white lettering. This printing has the same quality as our factory printing and is permanently written on all types of insulation materials.
