Control Cabinet Wiring Using Bundle Technology

The construction of an annex to the existing manufacturing hall, as well as the erection of a new building has been completed; CadCabel facilities now boast a total dimension of approx. 2,200 square meters [24,000 square feet]. The investments were crucial as CadCabel urgently needed to expand after gaining new major key accounts.



The working operations of wiring set finishing have been relocated to the new halls. The new halls accommodate the finishing of those custom contacts, such as Harting-contacts, partially and fully insulated contacts, etc., which cannot be produced on our fully automated production lines. 
In addition, the 1,000m² [10,800 square feet] production hall includes the shipping department as well as a storage facility for ca. 330 wire cable reels for multi-wired systems and strand cross sections up to 75mm³. This cable wire reel storage facility that is also equipped with an automatic wire cutting unit, now allows for direct production with minimum set-up time times.

We are especially pleased that we are now not only capable of supplying your company with wiring sets in bundle technology, but also the wiring of cabinet systems as a complete unit.
